Several years ago at a nearby plant an old tank, called an 'Anjel, was installed under the power plant with a long wire or frame of heavy bar. There was no water. As well, an air pump was installed which ran from room temperature. These tanks were always filled each morning of a week because of poor irrigation. As was standard procedure at the time, the entire operation was terminated when the water shortage had passed. Since then, air is produced by the pump.
